John Lithgow is one of my favorite actors.  His varied character roles have made him an entertaining fixture on film and TV for decades.  Lithgow’s magnetic presence and performances are always a sight to behold, whether serious (Footloose) or zany (3rd Rock from the Sun).

In his memoir, Lithgow takes us on the journey that led him to the career we know today.  With plenty of ups and downs, trials and errors, mistakes and victories, Lithgow gives us an honest portrait of an artist’s life and the myriad struggles that crop up along the way.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and highly recommend it to Lithgow fans or fans of entertainment autobiographies.
